Water, plum puree (31%)(100% plum), sugar, umeshu plum wine (4%), stabiliser (pectin, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, guar gum, sodium citrate, cellulose gum), lemon juice (lemon juice from concentrate, lemon oil, preservative(potassium metabisulphate))
