Vietnamese Coffee Ice Cream
We use Trung Nguyen Sang Tao coffee with its rich choclately aroma and add lashings of sweet condensed milk to create the authentic taste in an ice cream. Max’s favourite flavour and reminds Yee Kwan of eating Pho noodles and the history in Hanoi.
